Jr. DSP Software Engineer
Fairfax, VirginiaOne of our premier clients has an immediate is hiring for a Junior DSP Software Engineer to work on-site full-time at their office located in Greenwood Village, Colorado . To be considered for this role you can be cleared or uncleared. If a candidate does not possess a clearance, they must be eligible to obtain a TS/SCI clearance while they work.
The ideal candidate is just out of Grad School or very early in their post-grad career (1-3 years of experience) who have obtained at least a BS in Electrical Engineering and preferably a Master’s as well (focus on Signal Processing). The candidate will start out at our office in Greenwood Village, CO and eventually move to a customer site in Aurora, CO once they are cleared. The role is 100% on-site (no remote or hybrid).
Required:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineer, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experienced in LINUX, Java, MATLAB, C, and DSP assembly languages (C/C++/Fortran highly desired).
• Experience in communications or SIGINT systems development and test.
Preferred:
• MSEE or PhD preferred. BS required
• Knowledge of communications systems theory with strengths in analog/digital
modulation/demodulation
• Knowledge of signal processing algorithms/techniques
